If you need help with the performance parts / ECU software we sell or have any questions about tuning your car, please contact us by email at parts@blacksmokeracing.com.

Where is my order?

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email that it has been completed: “Your order has been packed and is now being shipped.” In that email, you will find a tracking number (looks like this: CE*********FI), which you can use to track your package. We use the Finnish postal service – Posti, or DHL Express. You can track your package through their service. When the package arrives in your country via Posti, you will need to use your local postal service to track it.

I want to return or exchange my product

For returns or exchanges, you will have to pay for the shipping of the product(s) to us. We do not refund shipping costs of original order for product(s) returns. Please contact support@blacksmokeracing.com before sending product(s) and tell us if you want to exchange or return your product(s). In the case of returns, the payment is refunded to the payment method you used, after we have received and checked the product(s). Please send the product(s) in the same condition they arrived to you, to the following address:

Please attach your order number so we can identify your order. If the product is damaged, please contact support@blacksmokeracing.com with picture of product(s) to get a replacement or a full refund. We always want to give our customers the best possible service, so don’t worry.

How long is the delivery time?

Shipping times vary! We usually ship the order within 1-3 working days. However, being us – anything can happen. Your order has been shipped when you receive the “Your order has been completed” email. Shipping times vary; within Scandinavia, it is usually between 5-10 days. Outside the EU, it might take up to 2 weeks.

Please note that from outside the EU – We do not accept normal mail packages, ONLY COURIER DELIVERIES, DHL, FEDEX, DPD etc.

I received the wrong item, what do I do?
