Where is my order?

When your order is shipped, you get an email that it has been completed “Your order is has been packed and is now being shipped.”. In that email, you will find a tracking number (looks like this: CE*********FI), with this you can find your package. We use the Finnish postal service – Posti, you can track your package through their service as long as the order is in Finland. When the package arrives to your country you will need to use your that specific countrys postal service to track the package. We have listed a few below;

I want to return or exchange my product

The return or exchange itself is free of charge but you will have to pay for the shipping of the product. Please send it (in the same condition it arrived in) to the following address:

How long is the delivery time?

Shipping times vary a lot! – We usually ship the order within 1-3 working days, however being us – anything can happen, your order has been shipped when you get the “your order has been completed email”. Shipping times vary, within Scandinavia it is usually between 5-10 days.

I received the wrong item, what do I do?

Please contact us at info@blacksmokeracing.com and we will help you with the exchange. Send us an E-mail
