- If the product has been harmed during shipping, the customer will be provided with a new product, provided a picture of the broken product is required. In this case, contact info@blacksmokeracing.com.
- Delivery times may vary. Orders are commonly shipped from Kokkola, Finland within 1-3 business days. Finnish mail “Posti” or DHL Express is used for shipping.
- Tracking numbers are shown in the email sent by the shop. The customer will be notified when the product has arrived, given the correct shipping address has been provided.
- If the ordered product, for some reason, is not in stock, we reserve the right to cancel the order and return the paid amount to the customer.
- If the customer has entered the wrong details such as the shipping address when purchasing, we require notification by email (info@blacksmokeracing.com) within six (6) hours of purchasing.

- By submitting an order at the Web Shop, you consent to us processing your personal data. - For returns or exchanges, you will have to pay for the shipping of the product(s) to us.
- We do not refund shipping costs for product(s) returns.
