Eftersom Teemu var upptagen med att arbeta idag, klev hans far in f\u00f6r att ta hans position. Det h\u00e4r jobbet inneb\u00e4r mest att driva oss att g\u00f6ra saker snabbare, jag \u00e4r inte s\u00e4ker p\u00e5 om vi \u00e4r l\u00e5ngsamma eller Teemu \u00e4r snabb<\/em> men jag skulle \u00e4lska att tro att det \u00e4r det den senare<\/strong>. Hur som helst gick det vidare och vi fick faktiskt mycket gjort.<\/p>\n

“3.4 Fordon m\u00e5ste beh\u00e5lla ett avgassystem, fr\u00e5n 2013 m\u00e5ste avgaserna l\u00e4mna bilen bakom bakaxeln eller i sitt ursprungliga l\u00e4ge..<\/em>.”<\/p>\n

...s\u00e4ger reglerna, detta avgassystem-grejen<\/em> \u00e4r lite nytt f\u00f6r oss :D Nej, men seri\u00f6st avgasr\u00f6ret har n\u00e4stan aldrig gjorts \u00e4nda bak i bilen. Det har dock funnits m\u00e5nga variationer; bara stupr\u00f6r, stupr\u00f6r + 1m och vi har till och med anv\u00e4nt stupr\u00f6ret som en "upp-r\u00f6r<\/em>\u201d pekar upp\u00e5t och genom huven, vilken syn det var....<\/strong><\/p>\n

Idag byttes \u00e4ven avgasgrenr\u00f6ret till ett som placerar den gigantiska turboladdaren lite l\u00e4gre\u00a0<\/strong>(n\u00e4stan 15cm!!!) vilket n\u00e4stan var otroligt, nu beh\u00f6ver inte huven s\u00e5 stort h\u00e5l f\u00f6r turboladdaren som vi trodde. Hela paketet ser mycket renare ut och passar motorrummet mycket b\u00e4ttre nu!<\/strong> N\u00e4r grenr\u00f6ret byttes passade inte det gamla wastegate-r\u00f6ret l\u00e4ngre s\u00e5 lite nyheter d\u00e4r ocks\u00e5. Wastgate-r\u00f6ret gjordes ocks\u00e5 f\u00f6r att passa nytt stupr\u00f6r<\/strong> och avgasr\u00f6r.<\/strong> Med andra ord \u00e4r wastegate+stupr\u00f6rsdelen redo f\u00f6r lite fin TIG-svetsning.<\/p>\n

F\u00f6r att flytta kylv\u00e4tska, till och fr\u00e5n kylaren placerad p\u00e5 baksidan, installerades tv\u00e5 r\u00f6r. Dessa fick g\u00e5 genom bilen, under passagerars\u00e4tet. (bilden nedan, tv\u00e5 r\u00f6r sticker ut)<\/p>\n

Jag och Joni hade ocks\u00e5 n\u00f6jet att b\u00f6rja anv\u00e4nda lite helt ny utrustning! och vilket experiment det var... Jag var mer intresserad av att anv\u00e4nda den nya utrustningen \u00e4n att dokumentera killarna som arbetade... :D<\/p>\n

Hur som helst, med detta avgassystem kommer inga kompromisser att g\u00f6ras och det ser redan MYCKET bra ut, i mina \u00f6gon \u00e4r bara stupr\u00f6ret ett konstverk. Vad som \u00e4nnu saknas \u00e4r en vibrationsd\u00e4mpare och n\u00e5gra mindre r\u00f6r som kommer att g\u00e5 fr\u00e5n d\u00e4r den nu slutar (kolla bilderna) hela v\u00e4gen till baksidan.<\/p>\n
